We are so excited for the start of the 2026 Union Mills Little League Season! Below you will find pertinent information regarding the season and some important dates: 

  • There will be one in-person sign up opportunity on Saturday, February 28th from 12-3 at the Mill Pond Conservation Club.

  • Registration cost is $75 with a $60 concession fee per family. A uniform shirt & hat are included in this cost.

  • Field clean-up will be Saturday, March 28th. It is required that one adult for each family come and help with this. To keep our fields in the best condition possible, it takes a team to maintain them each year, and we appreciate all the helping hands that contribute. 

  • Practices will start the week of April 13th. Coaches will reach out closer to this date with specific times, days, and locations.

  • Your child has to be the following age by May 1st to participate in the following divisions:

T-Ball

Ages 6 - 8 

Games will be Wednesdays & Saturdays

Juniors

Ages 9 - 11

Games will be Mondays & Thursdays

Intermediates

Ages 12 - 14

Games will be Tuesdays & Fridays

 

    **** 5 year old boys: you may sign up your 5 year old ball player, but please note we cannot guarentee a spot. We hope to have all that want to play a position on the team and will do our best to make that happen. In the event it is not possible, a full refund will be provided. ****

  • Any special requests can be notated in the notes section attached. We will do our best to accommodate what we can but can not promise that all will be feasible. This could include coach requests, ect. If you are interested in coaching, being an assistant coach, or being a team parent, please note this in this section with a name, email, and phone number. 

  • If paying via check, please make checks payable to Union Mills Little League and mail to 294 Oakwood Drive La Porte, IN 46350. Please include players name in the check memo line. You DO NOT have to print the registration form to send in with the check as instructed as long as child's name is notated.

Parent or Guardian Authorization, Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability

 

As parent/legal guardian of the above player, I hereby give consent for any emergency treatment as approved by his manager, coach or any other adult representing Union Mills Baseball in case of illness or injury while participating in league activities such as practice, travel, or games during the baseball season. I also hereby give my consent and approval to his participation in any Union Mills Baseball activities. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation in any/all activities and hereby waive, release and agree to hold harmless Union Mills Baseball, its officers, managers, coaches, umpires and volunteer participants from any claim arising from any injury to the above player. I also give my permission for the above participant’s picture to appear in the Union Mills Baseball Program, Website or Facebook page.
